Married with two sons, Heather has lived in Norton nearly all her life.
She was educated at Stourbridge Girls' High School. Heather is keen on sport and has played tennis and racketball at Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club.
Heather has been a staunch member of The Friends of Mary Stevens Park and Swinford Common and is now Chairman of the group.
She was employed in the Civil Service as an Inspector in the Stourbridge office of the Department of Health and Social Security.
Heather also worked as an Inclusion Assistant for over 15 years, on a one-to-one basis with children having special needs in mainstream schools.
